NY Apartments
Thanks for the post from Sylvester Campbell
I went to go look for new apartments in New York, and it was really a horrible experience. I just hate that everything is so expensive and so small. I’m from Atlanta, and I thought that those places were ridiculously overpriced, but I’ve never seen anything as bad as New York. I mean- I’ve seen “Selling New York,” but I guess I didn’t know exactly how little you could get for your money. I was offered a job with my company up here, and had even gone as far as renting out a storage space and looking up energy prices athttp://WWW.NEWYORKENERGYRATES.com. However, once I got up there and the apartments were so much smaller and less nice than they looked like they were on the websites, I decided that I couldn’t move up there. It just seemed so cramped and dirty, and I literally couldn’t find one place that I liked. I decided by the time that I went home that I would never be moving to this city. No amount of money is worth living in a dirty box for the next 3 years of my life. Bye, New York!
