My mom told me about the cable tv deals she kept seeing advertised and I thought it was silly – why would I get cable when I could just keep watching my basic that I had? Anyway, when everyone at work started talking about the Housewives shows I knew I had to upgrade because I hate being out of the loop and that’s just about all anyone was talking about at lunch anymore. There’s something to be said for being in the social circle at work and you know, that’s where I am right now. It’s important for me to feel like I’m maintaining my social standingat work and you know, at the end of the day I think half of business is who you know. The last thing I wanted was to go on feeling like I had no idea what was going on when everyone was talking about the TV show I didn’t get – that’s why I remedied the situation. It’s up to you to take control of your future and that’s exactly what I did!
